Controller and purposes

The controller is Fintrix Oy, Business ID 3555791-7, Juhonkaari 3–5 B 12, 54100 Joutseno, Finland. Submit privacy requests through the contact form or by post.

We process names, contact details, addresses, accounts, baskets and messages to provide requested services and perform contracts (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Accounting and tax processing rests on legal obligations (6(1)(c)). Limited security processing rests on legitimate interests (6(1)(f)).

Card payments are processed by Paynid. We send the order, billing and contact details and IP address required to process payment. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page; the store does not store card numbers. You may optionally save a real date of birth in your account; dates are not invented or collected covertly.

Recipients and retention

Only authorised personnel and service providers receive information needed for their tasks. The website runs on a server managed by Fintrix Oy using LuxHost hosting. We do not sell contact data or treat support requests as marketing consent.

Transfers outside the EEA require a lawful basis such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. You can request information about transfers affecting your data.

Account data is kept while used and as needed to resolve requests. Order and payment records are retained as required by applicable Finnish accounting and tax duties. Unneeded support messages are deleted or anonymised. Session and browser storage periods are listed on the cookie page.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Statutory retention duties may limit deletion.

We may verify your identity proportionately. You can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi/en. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
