Shopping with FINTRIX

The seller is Fintrix Oy, Business ID 3555791-7. The store is intended for Finland. Contract information is available in Finnish and English.

Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Ordinary products generally use Finland’s standard 25.5% rate. Check the configuration, pack size, quantity, delivery charges and total before placing an order.

The Place order and pay button states your obligation to pay. A pending or failed payment is not a paid order. Card details are entered with the payment provider; the store does not store card numbers. Card payments are processed through Paynid.

You can use the basket, create an account and send questions. Creating an account does not create an order. The delivery and returns pages form part of these terms.

Complaints and disputes

Contact the seller first using the contact form or by post. If the dispute remains unresolved, contact Finnish Consumer Advisory Services at kkv.fi/en/consumer-affairs/consumer-advisory-services/.

Consumers can refer a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board at kuluttajariita.fi/en/. This service is free and the Board issues recommendations. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
