14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers can generally withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, this period begins on receipt of the last goods.
Notify us using the withdrawal form or another unequivocal written statement. Sending notice within the deadline is sufficient. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Prior seller approval is not required.
Return arrangements
Return address: Fintrix Oy, Juhonkaari 3–5 B 12, 54100 Joutseno, Finland. Fintrix Oy covers return shipping costs. Contact us to arrange your free return instructions. This does not restrict your right of withdrawal.
Pack the goods and accessories securely and keep proof of return. Original packaging is not a condition for withdrawal. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
We refund payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge where paid, within 14 days of receiving withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until goods or evidence of return are received, whichever occurs first.
Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a refund fee. Statutory exceptions apply only where relevant and disclosed before purchase.
Defects and warranties
Finnish statutory seller liability for defects does not automatically end after two years. The product’s expected normal service life is among the relevant factors. A voluntary manufacturer warranty does not restrict your statutory rights.
Contact us if goods are defective or do not match the contract. Repair or replacement is provided free where required by law. If the defect cannot be remedied as required, a price reduction or termination may be available.
